Dear Customers, CardShopBD always puts customers first. However, in order to improve the quality of customer service, timely and faster, some rules and regulations have to be followed. Respected customers are specially requested to follow the below-mentioned rules carefully before purchasing any products from CardShopBD.

By accessing or using our website, including purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Our goal is to provide you with a secure and enjoyable shopping experience, and these Terms outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and services.

  • Order: A request made by a customer to purchase products from our website, which includes the details of the products selected, quantities, and payment information.
  • Product: Any item or merchandise listed for sale on our website by us or by Sellers.
  • Website: Refers to the online platform operated by CardShopBD accessible at www.cardshopbd.com, through which Customers can browse, purchase products, and interact with our services.

3. Account Creation and Management

To create an account on our website, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We may require verification of your identity or payment information before processing certain transactions or providing specific services. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse our website. You do not request the deletion of your account. You agree to use your account in compliance with all applicable laws and our Terms. Any activities conducted under your account are your sole responsibility. We may send you important information related to your account and orders via email. Ensure that the email address associated with your account is valid and up to date.

4. Buying and Selling

Buying Products (For Customers)

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the products available on our website. Product information includes, but is not limited to, descriptions, images, prices, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are complete, accurate, or error-free.

All prices displayed on our website are in BDT (Taka) and may be subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise specified.

Product availability is subject to change. While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, some products may become unavailable due to high demand or other reasons. We will notify you if a product you ordered is out of stock.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order number, product(s) purchased, and estimated delivery time.

We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to, major bKash and Nagad. All payments must be made in BDT.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery method selected and the destination of the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

There may be 2 BDT extra for using a payment system for each transaction.

Applicable taxes will be added to the total order amount based on the shipping address and current tax rates. These will be displayed during the checkout process.

Selling Products (For Sellers)

By registering as a Seller on our Website, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms specified in our Seller Agreement. This includes compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Sellers are responsible for managing their own product listings, ensuring the accuracy of the information provided, and handling order fulfillment and customer service.

Sellers must provide accurate and detailed information for all listed products, including descriptions, prices, and images.

Some products have an MRP price. If sellers sell a product greater or less than the MRP price, they must specify the MRP in the description section and the reason for the price changes.

Products must meet our quality standards and be free from defects. Certain items may be prohibited from being listed, including those that are illegal or violate our policies.

We may charge fees for listing products on our platform. The applicable fees will be detailed in the Seller Agreement and may vary based on product categories.

A commission may be charged on each sale made through our platform. The commission rate will be specified in the Seller Agreement and is subject to change.

Payments to Sellers for completed sales will be processed weekly every Thursday.

Payments will be made via bank transfer, bKash, or Nagad in BDT, and Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Any disputes regarding payments or transactions must be reported within 3 days. We will investigate and resolve such disputes according to our policies.

Customers have the right to report an issue with a product within 3 days of the purchase. If a customer reports a problem with a product you have sold, you are required to promptly address and resolve the issue.

You must work with the customer and us (CardShopBD) to resolve any reported issues. This resolution process must be completed within the 3-day reporting period. If the issue is not satisfactorily resolved within this timeframe, we reserve the right to refund the customer's money.

Please note that digital products are non-refundable. Once a digital product, such as a gift code, has been delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

To protect both customers and our platform, we will hold payments for any product sale for 3 days after the transaction is completed. This hold period allows time for customers to report any issues and for those issues to be resolved.

If no issues are reported within the 3-day period, or if reported issues are resolved, your payment will be released and disbursed to you. Failure to resolve issues within the reporting period may result in a refund to the customer and forfeiture of your payment for the sale.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Since we primarily sell digital products such as scratch card codes, the delivery method is automatic. Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive your digital product via email or within your account dashboard on our website. Delivery times are generally immediate but may vary based on payment processing times or system delays. There are no shipping costs associated with digital products. All costs associated with purchasing a product are clearly stated during the checkout process.

If you do not receive your digital product as expected, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you still cannot find the product, contact our customer support team for assistance. Provide your order number and any relevant details to expedite resolution.

If you receive a digital product that is incorrect or defective, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product by reporting on the order from your dashboard. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reissuing the product or providing a refund, depending on the situation.

6. After Sales Service

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. While we primarily sell digital products, we understand that issues may arise after purchase. Our after-sales service is designed to assist you in resolving any concerns or problems you may encounter.

Support and Assistance:

  • If you experience any issues with your digital product, such as difficulties with accessing or using it, please contact our customer support team. We are here to help and will work with you to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
  • Our support team is available to assist you during our regular business hours. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue to expedite the support process.

Replacements:

  • If you receive a digital product that is defective or incorrect, please report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. We will review your case and, if deemed appropriate, reissue the correct product at no additional cost to you.

Limitations:

  • After-sales service is limited to the support and replacement of digital products. Refunds are handled separately under our "Returns and Refunds" policy.
  • Please note that certain digital products may have specific terms and conditions regarding after-sales service, which will be detailed in the product description.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their devices and software are compatible with the digital products purchased. Our after-sales service does not extend to technical support for issues related to third-party software or hardware.

7. Returns and Refunds

As we primarily sell digital products such as gift codes, returns are not applicable. However, if you encounter issues with a product order, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a refund, you must report any issues with your product order within 3 days of the purchase date. You can contact our customer support team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to initiate the refund process. Once your refund request is received, we will review the details and process the refund if it meets our eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to your account balance which can be used to purchase other products from us. Processing times for refunds may vary, but we aim to complete them within 7-10 business days of approval.

All products offered directly by us are genuine and sourced from reputable suppliers. If you encounter any issues with our products, please report them to us for resolution.

If you purchase products from third-party sellers on our platform and experience issues, you should report the problem directly to the seller. We facilitate the transaction but are not responsible for the return or refund policies of third-party sellers. However, if you experience persistent issues with a third-party seller, you can contact us, and we will assist in resolving the matter to the best of our ability.

If you encounter any problems with a product after the 3-day reporting period, please contact our customer support team. While we may not be able to process a refund, we will work with you to address any issues and provide assistance where possible.

The mediation or arbitration will be conducted in Shariatpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh, and the language of the proceedings shall be Bangla. For any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation or arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shariatpur, Bangladesh. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Shariatpur, Bangladesh, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our website shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
